Whoa folks! Are you over your turkey hangovers? You better hope so, because tomorrow, Indie Cage Match UCB East goes Postal in a Post Thanksgiving battle to hilarious. In UCB East Indie Cage Match’s exciting fourth show, featuring three super hilarious indie improv teams in a battle to the funniest, is happening tomorrow, Sunday, November 27th, 7:30 PM at UCB East, the Beast.

This week our distinguished comedy vet is the hilarious Brian Faas
Brian Faas is a writer, performer, and television producer living in New York City.
After graduating from Brown University with a degree in something called “semiotics,” Brian began studying at the UCB Theatre, and is proud to have improvised with the house teamsTantrum, The Fucking Kennedys , Scootch, andBastian. He also spent a total of ten hours on Badman, the weirdest ten hours of his life.
For a few seasons, Brian was a talking head on Best Week Everand a bit player on Best Week Ever with Paul F Tompkins. Other TV credits include Vh1’s The Short List and MTV’s 10 on Top(not a porno). He currently performs with The Law Firm every Friday night.
Our hilarious indie darling this week is the ultra-funny Dave Bluvband
Dave is a pretty swell guy. He began his quest for improv knowledge at UCB in October 2006, and has had the pleasure of studying under Charlie Todd, Shannon O’Neill, Zach Woods, Will Hines, Kevin Hines, Michael Delaney, Jackie Clarke, Christina Gausas, Joe Wengert, Neil Casey, Curtis Gwinn, Anthony King, Chris Gethard, Billy Merritt and many other wonderful people.
Dave has been seen performing all around the city with his much beloved indie groups Fat Penguin, Iron Ruckus, Kraken, Starband and Band Class. His stage credits at UCB includeTriple Play, In A World…, The Time Capsule, The End of The World, The Macroscene, Too Many Guns, The Brooks Brothers Clambake, The Gator, The Movie, The Chris Gethard Show and former Harold Team, dybbuk. On TV he’s appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and The Onion News Network.
He is both thrilled and honored to be on the Harold Team Dance Break!
