Extra, extra! UCB East Indie Cage Match’s exciting third show, featuring three super hilarious indie improv teams in a battle to the funniest, is happening Sunday, November 20th, 7:30 PM at UCB East, the Beast.

This one is gonna be big folks! Not only are there exciting changes coming to the UCB East Indie Cage Match formula, but there are two great fresh teams, and one team returning for their third and final show this season. Can Curtains take home their third win? Come to the show to find out!

Our Distinguished Weekly Panel (and some fun facts about them)

This week our distinguished comedy vet is the hilarious Silvija Ozols

Silvija is an actress and writer who has studied at the UCB Theatre since 2002 and currently performs with The Stepfathers on Friday nights. Her other UCB improv credits include the Harold team Creep, the long-running improvised-movie show Instant Cinema, and stints with the UCB Touring Company. She is also a founding member of the sketch and improv group Rogue Elephant. Other improv credits: Spozols, Primal Bias, The Vishnu-Bopp Improv Pandemic, Working Girls, and Silent J, The Hyphen & Friends. Silvija has written and performed sketches in the shows Now That’s What I Call Rogue Elephant, Anarchy Club, and SketchCram, as well as appeared at UCB’s Maude Night and in various short TV shows on Channel102.net. Her name is pronounced “Sylvia OH-zulss.”

Our hilarious indie darling this week is the ultra-funny Halle Kiefer

Halle Kiefer is a comedian and writer living in BKLYN. She’s a proud member of Sex Ghost, Butts and the now defunct Blood Money, and you can read her insane ramblings at mustanghalle.tumblr.com
